Adopt a Penguin

penguin2-oceana-org

The emperor penguin is the largest penguin in the world and the only one that breeds in the harsh winter of Antarctica. Diving up to 1,750 feet below the sea ice and for as long as 20 minutes, emperor penguins can travel as far as 600 miles in search of food.

How Your Adoption Helps Protect Penguins: Penguins are susceptible to the effects of ocean pollution and are influenced by the changing shape of the ice flows of the Antarctic coast, some of which are melting due to global warming. All donations go towards making our world’s oceans healthier and safer, for generations to come.  source: oceana.org
